She's Here!!!! Our pride and Joy

We finally have a name for the little one Hailey Jordan Bostwick was born Dec 17th at 7:58 pm via C-section despite mom trying natural birth for 20 hours, weighing in at a healthy 7 lbs 6.3 ounces, 20 inches long. Moms doing much better and has even taken the baby on walks around the hospital. I will have plenty of stories and pics to share with you. Raquel and baby get out of the hospital Saturday at 11 am. I will give a better update later and also inlude better pics(this ones from my cell phone) Hope all of you have a happy and safe holiday.

December 15th and still no baby!

I received a call from the doctor's office today and if I don't have the baby by Wednesday, I will be induced.  I will go in at 7:30 am on Wednesday morning and go from there.  We will keep everyone posted.  

40 weeks (click here)

Ok so we are at 40 weeks and it is pretty much a waiting game at this point and trust me it's a little tense around these parts. So I thought I would make a little poll to predict the birth date. I was almost positive she would be born on my birthday but it appears she is plenty happy where she's at. I am going a little stir crazy, I must of checked the cameras 10 times to make sure they are charged and ready to go. We will keep everyone informed!!!!!

Latest Baby News!

No not a baby yet!  I went to the doctor this past Wednesday and was still dilated the same between 1-2 cm.  I was effaced a little more.  The doctor said things were moving along fine.  If I don't have the baby by Monday (my due date), then I will keep my doctor's appointment for the 17th and see how things are progressing.  On the 18th, I would call the hospital to see if there is room for me to be induced.  If there is no room, I would have to wait until the 24th of December unless I had the baby before then.  We are hoping that things go naturally and that I don't have to be induced or wait until the 24th.  It seems as though the baby is comfortable where she is at.  Auntie Shannon seems to believe that she isn't coming because she doesn't have a name.  She may be right!!!

Here are some more pictures to enjoy. Some are from my shower at work that was held on November 18th. My teammates Dawn, Erin, and Jill did a great job. My co-workers got a lot of nice items for the baby. It meant a lot to Sean and I.

The other pictures are of me at 39 weeks and two days in the baby's room. We just took some pictures around the room to share with you.
